Portrait of flowers

I made this painting when I was enamored by the still lifes of objects back in the 1800s. When the paintings had a dark background and one main focus. I wanted to recreate that and I am so satisfied with how this painting came out. I could talk about it all day. I spent hours on this painting and in the original sketch, there was going to be a hand reaching out to grab a flower. I didn't end up including it. but I think it doesn't need anything else to be complete.
